Shipping Policies​

* Please note, that these items are used. Some are very old. Please, email us at vintagerootsbiloxi@gmail.com if you have any questions about an items before you purchase. 

There is a $2 packing and handling fee on all items!

Returns are not accepted at this time. Reach out to us asap if an item is broken or package was damaged in the mail. Take pictures and document everything. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect ,etc.)
 

We only ship to the United States. There maybe restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped. 
We are not responsible for a shipping delay or damage due to the provider.  However, we will do our best to mail out with in 2 business days and if an item is damaged by provider we will help assist.
